Martti Kaartinen. A Detail in a Temporary Observatory, 2016

The assistant of Lena Gätjens' The Temporary Observatory has been finishing the pre-production for the upcoming documentary film The World of G. J. Ramstedt and continued his research for a book about the same subject. Kaartinen has written the script for the film and is the sound engineer for the film taking place in Japan, China, Mongolia and South-Korea.

The movie comes out from Yle Teema in the beginning of 2017.
